Ingredients
1bunch kaleraw
1 Tablespoonlime juice * freshly squeezed or bottled
1Tablespoonolive oil extra virgin
1-2teasspoonssalt* to taste
Instructions
Wash and cut thick stems away from kale
Cut kale into ribbons or easy biteable pieces
In a bowl add kale, lime juice, olive oil and salt
Massage kale with ingredients for 1-2 minutes
Serve and enjoy
