Roasted Winter Squash Seeds

Winter Squash
Olive Oil

Instructions
Cut Winter Squash in half
Scoop out seeds and place in a colander
Rinse in cold water and separate seeds from squash
Place on oven sheet and spread out
Turn oven on at 250℉
Cook for 15 minutes, letting them dry
At minute 15, take out of oven
Stir seeds with olive oil and salt and other desired flavors
Place back into oven for another 15-20 minutes ( to desired crispness)
Notes
You can roast any winter squash seed to eat. Experiment with flavors. Winter squash seeds are also a great source of protein, fats and nutrients.
