- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup distilled vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar

- Place following ingredients into pickling base jar and let sit for 20 minutes for up to 2 weeks in the fridge
- 2-3 large cucumbers, sliced into rounds (we used Suyo Longs from Well Fed Farmstead)
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
